Skill Level: Intermediate Beginner
Finished Size: For the Cowl it’s approximately 86cm in circumference at the bottom and 56cm in circumference at the top. 22cm in height.

Pattern Construction:
This cowl is worked from the bottom up and in the round as one piece. This is a tapered Cowl so it is wider at the bottom and tapers in to the top.
Tools Required:
4mm Crochet Hook for 4ply yarn.
Scissors, Yarn Needle, ST Markers.
Yarn Requirements:
Any 4ply yarn will work.
You can make this cowl with an 8 ply yarn for a thicker finish. (please see pattern notes for tips on different yarn ply)
Cowl 1
I used 1 ball of Adagio Mills 4ply 100% Alpaca yarn. Each ball contains 100g / 320m. I used the colour Grey Mist.
Cowl 2
I used 1 ball of Fiori 80% Fine Merino / 20% Nylon 4ply yarn 100g / 400m. The colour used was Tempo Teal and I started with 160 CH instead of 140 CH as per the pattern for the Adagio Mills Alpaca Yarn.
