Digital Crochet Patterns

When purchasing one of my personally designed and written crochet patterns, please ensure you select the correct terminology where applicable. Some patterns are available separately in US or UK terms, while others include both versions in the one download.

Your pattern will be available to download as soon as your payment has been processed. You will receive an email containing your download link.

Due to the nature of digital products, digital pattern purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, so please choose carefully.

Please respect the time and effort that goes into designing and writing each pattern. Patterns are for your personal use only and must not be copied, shared, resold, distributed, or used in workshops or group lessons without my prior written permission.

You are welcome to sell finished items made from my patterns. I simply ask that you acknowledge LiveLoveCrochetShaz as the designer whenever possible.

Physical Products

At this time, physical products are available to customers within Australia only.

Shipping is offered as either a flat rate or free shipping, depending on the product. The applicable shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been sent.

As I continue to expand my range of products, shipping rates and delivery options may vary depending on the item purchased. Any applicable shipping charges will always be displayed at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery so I can work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If you change your mind, please contact me before returning your item. Returns may be accepted for unused items in their original condition within 30 days of purchase. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.

Please note that colours may vary slightly due to different screen and monitor settings.

For safety, please keep scissors and other craft tools out of the reach of young children.
